Why we collect it
We use this information for one purpose only: to read your message and reply to it. We do not use it for marketing, we do not build a profile from it, and we do not make any automated decisions about you.
Our basis for processing is your consent, which you give by choosing to send the message. You are not obliged to contact us, and you can reach us by phone or email instead if you prefer.

How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions for one year from the date you send them. After that they are deleted automatically. If your message leads to an ongoing relationship with us, any information we keep beyond that point is held under a separate basis and we will tell you at the time.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- show you the information we hold about you
- correct it if it is wrong
- delete it before the one-year period ends
- stop using it
Write to contact@digiupagri.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Instance Nationale de Protection des Données Personnelles (INPDP).
Security
Your message is sent over an encrypted connection and stored on access-controlled systems. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what you send us.
